The South Australian Youth Forum 18-24 Annual Report 2025

The 2025 Annual Report of the South Australian Youth Forum (SAYF) documents a year of youth-led engagement by young people aged 18–24. Written entirely by young people, this report reflects SAYF’s commitment to centring lived experience in public decision-making. For the first time in 2025, SAYF operated two distinct branches, acknowledging the differing realities of adolescents and young adults despite their close age range. This report explores the priorities, challenges, and aspirations of the 18–24 cohort, informed by workshops, consultations, and advocacy activities delivered across the year. It is presented directly to decision-makers at local, state, and federal levels to ensure young adult perspectives shape future policy. The report is available free of charge to support accessibility and continued youth engagement.
