The South Australian Youth Forum 14-18 Annual Report 2025

The 2025 Annual Report of the South Australian Youth Forum (SAYF) highlights a year of youth-led engagement by young people aged 14-18. Authored entirely by young people, this report reflects SAYF’s commitment to amplifying the voices of adolescents across South Australia. In 2025, SAYF formally operated two branches for the first time, recognising that young people aged 14-18 and 18-24 experience, prioritise, and engage with the world differently. This report captures the perspectives, concerns, and hopes specific to the 14-18 cohort, drawing on workshops, events, and consultations led throughout the year. The report is presented directly to decision-makers at local, state, and federal levels to ensure adolescent voices inform policy and practice. It is available free of charge to promote accessibility and meaningful youth participation.
